Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

WhenVault is printed and fulfilled on demand. Because each order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used planners.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no charge.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will correct the order immediately.
